As far as I know I'm still at my highest weight ever even though I've been exercising regularly for 5 1/2 weeks. (Since December 20th.) Unfortunately "regularly" has been an average of 3 days a week when my goal is 5. I haven't weighed myself in almost 2 weeks, and I'm afraid to because my clothes don't feel any looser.I've decided that I'm not allowed to weigh myself again until I've exercised 5 days a week for 2 weeks straight. Maybe that will finally make the scale move a little bit. I hope.
