Stationary bike: 30 minutes30-Day Shred: Level 1
Notes: We're having pizza tonight, so today's exercise is only good for strength training and useless for calorie burning except to put a small dent in what I'll eat tonight.
I was starting to get tired of hearing Jillian say the same thing and being able to finish her sentences, so I muted the TV and put on my own music during the 30-Day Shred. It helped my motivation!
