Exercise Log

Stationary bike: 30 minutes

Unofficial weigh in: I gained a whole pound since yesterday. Ugh. Got to my 30 minute minimum goal even though my legs were tired and it was more difficult than usual. Here's hoping I lose that pound I gained by the end of the week...just in time to gain it back and then some when I go out to eat on Friday night.

Strength: weights, squats

Food: Bad. Was doing good until the evening. Had a yogurt thing from Costco and some chips with hummus.

Weekend Report / Weigh-In

Didn't go anywhere this weekend so didn't have a chance to eat badly! Ate sensibly at home.

Current weight: 154
Weight as of 3/15/11: 156.4
Weight at start 12/20/10: 151.4

I have no idea why the scale is suddenly going backward, since I was gaining last week even though I was eating well and exercising. Not complaining, though!
