Exercise Log

Stationary bike: 40 minutes

Notes: Tried exercising first thing in the morning. I may institute a new rule: no computer until I've exercised. That might give me motivation. I should probably also just make myself put on my workout clothes first thing in the morning, whether or not I think I have the energy to work out. It's much easier to motivate myself to get on the bike once I have them on.
